DJ Akademiks Speaks on Bobby Shmurda Pleading Guilty and accepts 7 Year Prison Sentence. Rowdy Rebel Pled Guilty too. Shmurda, has been jailed since December 2014 in a case where more than 15 defendants were charged with various crimes, including murder, attempted murder and drug dealing. Under the terms of the deal, Shmurda will not be allowed to appeal, but will get credit for time served, nearly two years at this point, leaving five years remaining on his sentence.
